In-house Training

NSJ is expanding its training methodology to include in-house training.
The training will be offered for free. This concept covers training given directly to groups of journalists and editors working at any specific media-house (print and electronic) in the SADC region.

The training is conducted at the workplace. In-house training provides numerous advantages including the following: It gives the whole working environment a boost since it is not aimed at any one individual only, and therefore contributes to sound collaboration among colleagues. The effect and impact of new techniques and skills are discussed within the context of the specific work environment.
