NSJ has a network of highly qualified trainers throughout the region. A current total of 70 NSJ-trainers regularly meet in workshops to update themselves on training techniques and subjects. To meet international standards we closely cooperate with international journalism institutes.
Over and above, NSJ is the region's most important trainer of trainers, having equipped more than 120 trainers and senior journalists in the region with effective and up-to-date training techniques and methods which allows them to spread their knowledge. NSJ thus significantly contributes to the professionalisation of media training in Southern Africa.
